Artist: Harpin’ Norm Lucien

Harpin’ Norm Lucien

In about 1968, Harpin’ Norm picked up the harmonica and has barely put it down since!  Playing with a vast variety of musicians over the years, Harpin’ has developed a style very much his own. Playing in an array of styles from folk to swing, his personal touch adds color and depth to the tunes and musicians he works with. His explorations into the possibilities of the harmonica inform his sensitive solo compositions.

Recently adding guitar and lyrics to his harp playing as a means of accompanying and rounding out performances, Harpin’ is enjoying requests to record and even beginning to have his songs covered by others!

In fact, Harpin’ backs so many musicians with his harps that he most only plays his own original tunes when playing solo!
